Hi,
During Capital Market Interpreter execution it is observed that Competitive Advantage Period (CAPP) is blank.
I have done following settings
1) For combination of Org. Unit , Fiscal Year and Version ( C00 ) - the value for CAPP is maintained through Manual Entry.
2) Sales , COGS, R&D Exp., Taxes etc is entered for two year period for above combination.
3) Version (C00) is assigned to Comp Adv. Period in Version Management in CMI customisation. Also Key figures are assigned.
4) In planning area ,two variables are created for Fiscal Year with
User Exits - UPB_CMI_FROM_VERSION and UPB_CMI_TO_VERSION.
Where to assigned two variables created ?
Am I missing any customisatiom ?

Hi Vilas,
In the Planning Area, the two variables with user exits (UPB_CMI_FROM_VERSION and UPB_CMI_TO_VERSION) that you have created with reference to fiscal year are useful for time determination. These characteristic variables will be used by you when you create the Planning Level and Planning Layout.
When you enter the Planning Area, Planning Level and Planning Layout details in the first tab “Data source” and save the entries will be enough.
You have not missed anything in the basic settings so far.
