Hi, I am looking to link SAP with other ERP systems such as MFG/PRO. Could anyone tell me if there are any exisiting/inbuilt SAP functions which could help me? If third party software is neccesary, can anyone suggest any useful products?

Take a look at this 3rd party solution that is certified by SAP. Although you could write your own interfaces, this provides a standardized way for all integration into SAP.
