1) The Internet sales SAP R/3 edition supports search and navigation transactions as well as the opening of multimedia files that are transfered from the back office SAP R/3 system to the web frontend. This avoids overloading the back office and prevents bottlenecks. In CRM Internet Sales, you can freely design web site also. In R/3 you can not use the marketing functions but in CRM you can address particular target group by email using specific product proposals. Only CRM Internet sales provides marketing and Campaign management and the relevent campaign analysis.
