Speed & Performance is the key. If your liveCache is big enough, we always store our key figures in liveCache so the planning books work quicker without having to reference back to InfoCubes.

Actuals come from IC, so atleast one time we have to load, right?
What is it that u do that makes the live cache store the actuals in live cache itself without having ot access the IC everytime. Is this done by not
mapping the keyfiures in PA and running the Load planning area version one time?

Yes. The Sales history is loaded on a weekly basis to an IC, and then using TSCUBE the data is copied across to the Planning Area. You are correct in saying that you do not map the key figures in the PA back to an IC.
