how to copy from inactive to active planning version in APO

Question: Hi all,

I need to develop a program to copy inactive planning version to active planning version (i.e. the opposite of what is usually done). There is a std SAP program which copies from active to inactive version...i tried to modify it but it didnt work.

Hi,

Maybe you can use the transaction /sapapo/tscopy. The associated program is /sapapo/rtscopy.

Good luck

Hi,

I don't think it is possble before release 4.0 (check release notes).

What is it You want to copy back to version 000 ? In version 000 the CIF could have changed data from R/3 before You copy back and then the planning result is not valid anymore.

Try to investigate simulation versions in PP/DS in stead of planning versions - Here You can activate different simulation results of planning version 000.
