Incoming Fax Routing to Call Center Agent

Question: Hi all,

Does anyone know out of the box whether SAP can support the electronic routing of an incoming fax to a call center agent, perhaps based on the incoming fax phone number for further follow up?

For example, a customer has an inquiry, questions, or an order that they fax into the company. Fax automation (out of box? third party?) will route that fax as either a document, if possible, or image of fax, to the call center agent or account manager responsible for that customer for further processing and follow up.
