Question:
Inbound PO stops at status 64 afetr executing EDI_DATA_INCOMING.
I have execute the program RSEINBEV also but no success.
Is there any other setting required to automate INBOUND processing of IDocs ??

Check in ST22 to see if you are getting any short dumps. Sometimes the status record Isn't updated when there is a critical error.

In partner profiles we20, for your inbound mesg type, do config to execute immediately. This will then executes immediately and goes to status 51 or 53.
If there is a problem in your inbound function module, means any short dump in background then the status remains in 64 status.
Try to debug in foreground using WE19.
