Question:
Does anyone have any experience running MercuryInteractive's QuickTest against SAP CRM. We are able to record tests against R/3 but not against CRM / APO.
I have checked the required configuration on the client and CRM server and they seem to be the same.
Any help would be appreciated.

Yes we have used it, with hell of a lot of tweaking.
You need to make sure your version of SAP GUi, GUI patch levels and the QT versions do match up. IF you are on ver 620, mercury is still testing out their new version.
Also make sure you have turned on the scripting in transaction RZ11-sapgui/user_scripting.

That's a great help thanks, at least I know it does work - I upgraded my gui to 620 to be able to login to CRM! Will have to downgrade then methinks...

We used something called "QUICKTEST PROFESSIONAL for my.SAP windows Client - Ver 7.31" and got it working.
But Mercury do not support that now. They have a new release QUICK TEST PROFESSIONAL 6.5 that is supposed to be working
