How do you transport Partner Profile, Distribution model and SD/MM message control configurations related to Idocs to production or integration testing environment?

From Distribution model screen(TC BD64), click the model that needs to be transported. Then type shift-F1. This would pop a little window with the model name that you initially clicked. Click 'enter' and it will bring you to a screen to create a transport.
When the tranport is in 'QAS', generate partner profile using distribution model.
