I am using transaction codeCRMD_BUS 2000116 and have created a service doc copy of S3 as Z1. Same doc type Z1 notification is also confugured in OLTP. The business requirement is to creat a notification from CIC and process it in OLTP. The document if flowing in OLTP but error message comes as charateristic for controlling object has error , company code not defined etc . All CO config is proper in OLTP.
I am using item cat SRVS.
Could you pls help me . This is very urgent .

I notice that you mention the configs in R/3 are fine. Did you replicate the neccasary data?? Suggest you take a look at this config:
