Hello,
I have this issue with the incoming Idoc. The line item numbers do not come in sequence, thus blocking the creation of delivery.
For instance, if my sales order has line items 10,20,30,40,50 , the inbound idoc gets misalligned as 10,50,40,20,30.
Is there any way I can fix it up. I am told a OSS note should help.

The easiest solution is to ask the system making the IDOC to correctly order the line items
Otherwise, you would have to write a user exit to reorganize the IDOC before processing.
