Hi,
You have to archive the IDOC's.
Transaction SARA (object name IDOC).
With transaction WE47 you have to set the archiving option of status 54 to possible.

Did u try this ...
If u r in 4.6C, go to BD87 -> Choose the IDOC you want to process -> From the menu bar select 'Edit' - 'Restrict and Process' -> Uncheck the checkbox 'Bkgd processing' -> Press the execute button -> In the next screen choose the button 'Delete flag' from application tool bar and flag this for deletion. Now the status will be set to 68.

If I have 500 idocs that need to have the delete flag set - is there a way to do it without confirming 'Flag Idoc for deletion'?
