I’m having some problems with ALE for the master data of HR between R/3 (45B) and CRM (3.0 A).
I all ready did all the steps proposed on the notes 312090 and 363187, and also checked the information on
http://help.sap.com/saphelp_46c/helpdata/en/b9/d05336d0cd0809e10000009b38f839/frameset.htm ,
but I still can not create the employees on CRM.
When I execute the transaction PFAL on R/3, the IDoc is created with status 03. Then, when I go to CRM through the transaction BD87 the IDoc status is 53, but the employee is not created.
Do I need to execute any other program???
At the beginning I had problems with the infotype 0003, but I created a new Basic Type without that infotype.

did you check the Idoc message type etc : (trx WE70 and WE73) ?
HRMD_ABA01 & HRMD_ABA
You need to have the right infotypes in your distribution model!
They also need to be maintained in HR-system, such as infotype 6 subtype 1 (permanent residence) and for example infotype 0105 subtype 1 (user).
follow the steps with the RHALEINI report as mentioned in note 363187and the other note. Check your bdocs everytime per object type you try to transfer with BD87. There might be some issues which we also encountered.
Afterwards, run the report for integration as mentioned: crm_com_orgman_bupa_integrate
