ORDCHG --> missing price in sales order

Question: Is me again

I'm facing a problem with ORDCHG and hope to hear some advice. I manage to create sales order using inbound message type ORDERS.

Assuming that the order has 2 line items. Item#1 is priced at $1 and item#2 is priced at $2. Whenever there is an inbound ORDCHG for the order, the price of item#2 will always be deleted even there is a price for it. But for item#1 it is always correct.

e.g.
ORDERS
item#1, qty=10, price=$1
item#2, qty=10, price=$2

Result of ORDCHG
item#1, qty=10, price=$1
item#2, qty=10, price=

I'm using basic type ORDERS05.
Any clue? Thank you.

Answer:
Hi ,

The problem was partially solved by populating 4 E1EDK14 segments into the Idoc with QUALF '012' (order type), '006' (division), '007' (distribution channel), and '008' (sales organization). Now the price for item#2 does appear in VA01. However, in the item condition tab, instead of changing the price value, a new PR00 was generated, and it keeps generating a new PR00 entry whenever an ORDCHG was triggered.

Kindly advice.
Thanks.

Answer:
And whenever a new PR00 entry is generated, the status is inactive. Only the first PR00 will have the active status, therefore the sales order won't reflect the latest pricing.... Can someone help me?

Thanks.
