Can any one plz tell me about Business Connector or where I can find documentation on web? Does it run from standard SAP or something should be downloaded in addition? What's the Transaction Code, if it runs from standard SAP, to go to BC?

You should download SAP Business Connector for service.sap.com. It's free.
