Dear,
after having distributed the Org. units,positions and employees, we would also like to have the users distributed into CRM.
The filter settings in our Distribution model are the following for Object Type P:
Info-type 0000,0001,0002,0006 and 0105.
I suppose all Subtypes are automatically included.
Now, two relevant Reports concerning the USERS in CRM are :
CRM_US_CP_S_TO_US_S_SYNC and
CRMHRALE_CENTRAL_PERSON.
I checked in the HR-system, and it seems to me that infotype 0105 Subtype 0001 is not maintained for the employees. When maintained, is it then possible to use the Rhaleini report again to distribute Object Type P, followed by the use of the two Reports I mentioned above??
Could you also tell me what these two reports actually do in the CRM system?

I meant the report CRMHR_US_CP_S_TO_US_S_SYNC, the other one is the function module within the report!
By the way, when the infotype 0105 with subtype 0001 is maintained in HR, and the user is created in CRM (CUA or SU01), and you launch the two reports (CRMHRALE-report in the end) the link is indeed created in the org model between the user and the position! I had to do the distribution of the Object Type P again via report Rhaleini, and next use the two reports in CRM-system.
It works!!

Actually , if someone would read this he might think that the users are actually taken into CRM from HR module--> this is not the case! You still need to create the users via Central User Administration of SU01 in the target system. The thing I mentioned (via ALE) is to have an integration of these users in CRM with a link to the positions by running these reports.
So you have integration between employee, business partner, position and user.
