My knowledge about SEM is very poor. A colleague asked me for filling these InfoCubes with data from R/3, but I couldn't find any predefined extractor.
Do you have any idea? Do I have to investigate all HR clusters and InfoTypes to find the right data or does it exist any easy way to fill them?

The SEM cubes normally do not have extractors, since they store plan data manually updated using BPS Layouts.
I do not know in detail the infocubes you are refering to, but the best option will be to check which objects are they assign in BPS (Planning area, level, package) to see if the standard brings any BPS Layouts.
