I have the CRM certification Internet Sales exam to go on this 20th. I am not able to understand how much importance should be given to Pricing, SCE and Billing. It would be great if somebody could provide a few sample questions for the exam.

Go through the exam details and relative weightage of each topic for Internet sales. During my test...not much was asked on Billing, pricing and SCE...however they might ask you some basic questions on these topics..
Go through TACRM1 and TACRM3

If you are a SD consultant or if u know configuration part of SD..I think u can handle topics like Pricing, Partner determination, org determination and other config. related qs.
For IS certification u need to prepare from TACRM3 as it contains lot of info. abt. ISA config. and technical data.
Also go through middleware theory..given in TACRM1.
