Collections in the Interaction Centre

Question: We are studying the possibility to use the interaction centre to call our clients and collect the money depending on their risk level. Therefore, I would like to know if this is possible to do in mySAP CRM, if I have to develop too much, the way to do it, changes in BAPI´s and so on.
I would like to know if I can create the calling list depending on the accumulate debt of the clients, level of risk, etc..

if you make your target group in the segment builder dynamiccaly based on the KPIs of credit you defined

furthermore usee the alert modeler to put credit info visible in CIC as you are busy with that customer
