Question:
Greetings,
I have also posted this question in other forums (just attempting to cover all bases).
Please forgive the redundancy.
We are company that is a joint venture (JV) between two parent companies (Parent A and Parent B).
Each of the three companies has a completely different SAP installation (from Parent A with two module, JV with five modules, to Parent B with full SAP).
Parent B would like the JV to use the full SAP template that parent B has configured.
The JV believes that we have some configuration that we would like to keep.
Now the question.......
Is there a way to compare all of the different configurations (including standard SAP)?
Maybe downloading all of the config tables ....
Maybe a way to "link" the different installations .....
I know that it is possible to compare different clients in an instance. Can something of this nature be accomplished with completely different systems?
If your system were to be changed, how would you compare the existing with the proposed?
Or, if I posted this in the wrong forum, directions to the proper forum would also be appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
Jeff
Answer:
I think the best place to ask would be the Basis forum.
But you should try to run Trx code OY19 to compare systems. You may need to have some additional setup in place. I don't know exactly because I'm not Basis.

Answer:
Greetings ZZ,
I had posted the question in a number of forums and a gentleman from the basis group also responded.
He had suggested SCU0 which appears to be the same thing as OY19.
I will play with both in the event that different info can be gathered.
Thanks,
Jeff
