We created the two profiles for CIC structure: Telephony and non-telephony. We would like assign to position 1 the profile with Telephony and position 2 the profile with non- Telephony (Tr PPOMW). The organizational unit "A" have the profile with Telephony. When users assigned positions 2 (profile non- Telephony) to start cic0, he has got the error.
Error: Error then determining the CTIADM_PROF profile for agent AGENT1.
Can users assign one organizational unit has different profiles: Telephony and non-Telephony? If the organizational unit have profile with Telephony?

If I understand the question,,,, yes. I am currently assigned to multiple positions in the org model of my client and each position is assigned to a different cic profile. As a result, I get a pop up box to select the profile when I execute cic0
