Hi,
we have set up the distribution of employees from R/3 to CRM - and it seems to work!
We only have one problem: When an employee retires/resigns or otherwise becomes inactive - then we can still "use" the employee in CRM (the Business Partner)!
The "employment"-field P0000-STAT2 is transferred to CRM, but it does not change the status of the Business Partner!?!
How do we set up the distribution, so that the BP becomes inactive?
Is it possible at all?

you will need a user exit in the middleware, that is triggered when that particular bdoc is sent down.
