Question:
Does anyone know how to deal with In Transit stocks in APO that appear at Customer Locations when deliveries are made from R3?
Is there a way to close the In Transits off from R3 or within APO once you know that the Customer has received the product?
Any help would be appreciated.
Answer:
We use the VMI scneroio in SAP R/3 (not in APO). What we do is to use the proof of delivery functionality (tran VLPOD). This can be done manually or use idoc STPPOD.
