I am trying to send IDocs from one R/3-system to another one. RFC-Destination, port and partner profile have been created successfully.
But when I try to send an order response (message type ORDRSP) for a new order, the system gives me the error message:
'No communication data has been defined for transmission medium 6
Message no. VK 603'
I have found out that 'transmission medium 6' is EDI.
My question is: What exactly is meant by 'communication data' and where can I configure it?

Thanks for your help. My problem is, I allready knew the transaction, but for me, everything seemed to be ok there.
e.g. the output type BA00 (order confrmation) has got the following parameters:
Medium: 6 (EDI)
Program: RSNASTED
FORM routine: EDI_PROCESSING
This sounds right for me. Could you (or anyone else) please post some more details on what configurations exactly have to be made in which transactions?

Sometimes, problems and errors just disappear. Like in this case. Is just created another order and everything seemed to work just fine.
I do not understand why, but I am happy and content, that it did.
