Does anyone know what this Status 51 error message means? I have entered as much info as I can to the IDoc.

says it all; error 51 does mean that.
Do you know how ro view the "raw" IDOC? With BC and
sapbc40/Server/packages/SAP/pub/Submit_ORDRSP_IDOC.html
you can check what happens. If you do not know I can provide details.
