Country Specific Enhancements / Modifications that SAP has for Brazil & Mexico.

You can find them in the sap online help documentation.
Both localizations became standard configuration in SAP.
Click on Cross-Application Components
Then Country Versions->Americas->Brazil
Then Country Versions->Americas->Mexico
You should find enough information on what needs to be done and some of the configuration examples.
