Hi,
you have to switch off the automatic data buffering of your scorecard.
Transactions:
1. UMC_CPM_STRAT - Design
2. Scorecard design
3. Scorecards (now pick your scorecard)
4. Tab "General"
5. "BW data buffering" field should be set on "No buffering".

Answer:
You do not have the functionality to clean the data, there are however to possibilities:
1) As eweret explain, make the data available on-line, regardeless the information in the buffer;
2) Load the data again, this will give you the option to delete the data that was previously loaded, and reload with fresh data.
I do not recomend option 1, because the users will have to wait a long time before they see results.
