Is there any Std SAP functionality?
If I have a device which can send SMS to mobile phones....how to integrate with SAP?

Hi,
It is not a standard feature of SAP, you must use a tool from a external vendor, for example Fenestrae's EMS product has a connector for sending FAX and SMS from SAP (www.fenestrae.com).
