Question:
Hello All,
Currently i am working in one of the implementation project.
My business process is prosepect will be created in crm, based on prospect we will create lead, opportunity & quotation. once we confirmed the opportunity while creating quotation sold-to-party & ship-to-party will be created in r/3 with same name of prospect and by using both we will create quotation.quotation will be transfered to r/3.
during transfering quotation to r3 some of the quotation are showing intermediate state and i am unable to open the quotation in crm ...its giving message document being distributed can't be edited. i check in queues no queues existed. i checked sold-to & ship-to info in queues aswell in smw01 ...there is no error. but quotation got transfered to r/3.
now i try to reprocess same quotation from smw01, its giving the error
inconsistancies occured while copy doucment from client940(prod) to r3, i checked in details message is 'inconsistant flags occured'.
Anybody comeacross the similor kind of problem plz let me know...the solution or plz suggest me if bodc is in intermediate state what all the steps need to take to process the bodc succesfully...
Regards,
crmimp.

Answer:
Not sure I understand all that but i n the standard solution, quotation items are not distributed to R/3 until they are released

Answer:
quotation is in release state only. Before i am unable to open due to bdoc is in distributed state, after reprocess the same now i am able to edit but changes are not reflecting.
