Hi,
to me it seems that there is quite a hype around BW/BI. Lots of people there, high demand, many projects.
Regarding CRM to me it seems that there is a much smaller demand.
What do you think - Will the CRM area catch up (maybe as the marketing functionalities are more usable with a good configured BW) or will it stay the way it is.
And apart from BW - What is your estimate concerning the future demand on skilled CRM experts??
