Question:
I send up IDOCS from my WM system via an RFC, sometimes the same pallet is (wrongly) scanned twice and the WMTORD IDOCs arrive in SAP at the same time and are processed within the same second. This causes the pallet qty to duplicate. I have an user exit that checks to see if the pallet ID exists, but as the 2 idocs process together this check fails.
I need to find a way of processing the idocs one after another.

there is no miracle solution to prevent humain error....
But, if you want, you can change the profile parameter to process the Inbound IDOC by triggering a background program (not immediately).
In this cas, your userexit will work....
