Question:
We have a requirement to send a number of people the same e-mail when a complaint is logged on our crm system. Our Complaint notification should be sent to the following:
To: Complaint Assignee
CC: Account Manager; Customer Service Manager
To date though we have not managed to send multiple e-mails to these individuals through standard actions. We can just send it to the Complaint Assignee!
Is this possible? If so how is it achieved?

Hey,
You can have 3 actions attached to your action profile. The first action - mail to complaint assigne..second action - mail to customer service mngr, 3rd action- 3rd partner..
In the action definition populate the partner function with the partner to whom you want to send the email.
