Hi,
I 'm beginning a project to implement APO. The particularity of this project is that R/3 is only used for master data. All others data come from external systems.
Does anybody have any experience of this kind ? I know R/3 but it seems to me that APO is technically very different. I think the realisation of interfaces could be a lot of complicated......

I dont know your name, but from the way you put the question, i fear the project will fail / the project contract will be funny to read.
The question is bad. The answer to the question is: YES, there is experience in doing so and YES it is possible.
