On SAPs Support Portal you can download Adobe Acrobat file recommending every detail you need.
Based on my experience in a mobile sales project, the hard disk volume shouldn't be below 40GB and the amount of RAM should be no less than 512MB, more is better... Do also increase Virtual memory to 1GB.
This all depends on the volume of your SQL database. Try to keep it as low as possible (performance reasons). Do only distribute master data really needed by the sales rep.
