HI,
I have a strange situation. I have a Planning Function as Push button in the planning folder. I have to hit the button twice inorder to execute the function. This user will definetely does want these things to occur. If they leave hitting the button once assuming it is executed, wrong data will be saved. Have you ever come across this kind of problem. Do you know why it is happening. Are these kind of things related to performnace issues , if so, how can i sort it out. I apppreciate any ideas and suggestions.

The only time this happens is if there is an error or information message on the status bar. In such a case the execution of a push button is equivalent to pressing enter key

Thanks for your reply. After i execute a different function in the planning folder and save it , it gives me error message saying "infocube is not a transactional cube". I did interactive planning and i delete all the records that are created in the buffer on the basic area before i save it. Still the error message pops up. How can i avoid this error message. DO i need to do any VB coding to avoid this error. So, from what you say is, the button will be fine if i avoid getting this error message before this.
I appreciate your help. Please let me know if you have any ideas about how i can rectify the error.
