Can we transfer authorization profiles that are already defined in CRM Online to Mobile Admin. Workstation. Any idea about this is greatly appreciated.

Answer:
Two different things.
1. If you are talking about Authorisation Group defined for marketing elements, then they could be downloaded to mobile client, BUT the functionality of that authorisation group is not realised in mobile sales.
2. If you are talking about Mobile User authorisation, then you may need to use Authorisation Management Tool (AMT).
