Question:
Dear Colleagues,
In Customer Interaction Center(CIC), have not done any customization yet. Just using the standard profile.
Now in CIC for creating new business transaction, clicked on create transaction icon, it display the big context menu. And every entry in menu has submenues.
For EX: following are the entries in main context menu
Business Activity
Compaints
Leads
Project
Opportunity
Sales
Financial contract
Group Contract.
and if keep pointer on Business Activity, it display submenu with entry Meeting, Reminder, Sales Call, Incoming Call....
ANyway, the problem is these all entries belongs to SAP standard program (I guess). Now if want to remove unwanted entry (say Project, Financial contract), how to do it?
Is anybody has done this before?

Not sure I understand the question but Are you talking about the Action box? or are you in the Transaction workspace and you are creating an order?
If you want to get rid of transaction types in the "new transaction" drop down, you can do this with authorizations or you can set the unwanted transactions as "not for on-line processing"
But if you are trying to develop a menu of available transactions, consider the action box as a better alternative
