Hi! Does anyone know how the the exchange rate update work in CRM? Currently, when I updated the rate in R/3, it did not update the rate in CRM. Is there any subscription or job that I need to set up?

Hi,
You have to perform an initial download of the customizing object DNL_CUST_BASIS3 once you update the exchange rate in R/3.
The program name for download is SMOF_DOWNLOAD which you can schedule it periodically.
