I am trying to create a repair order using trnasction type 'REPA". After creating the 2nd line item return for repair and when trying to save the order gettign the follwing error message.

Answer:
Is your CRM system integrated to R/3?
Do you want this transaction to go to R/3?
Are the materials and customers existing in both systems?
Check the customer with transaction BUPA_MAP in CRM.
Take a look your q's and bdocs you might have a more detailed error mesage
