Hi,
I have a query for a measure in Balanced Scorecard, where I should restrict the values in such a way it would not give any figures for periods from currect period to the year end. For example I have actuals for the first two periods of the year, and thought there are actual figures for the rest of the year, these should not be shown. This is because those forthcoming periods are containing data that is not relevant for the graphs shown. BSC runs the query once for each period of the year, but the forthcoming periods should not return any value. I have not been able to restrict/filter this. I cannot simply filter time from past to current period, because still there will be values for forthcoming periods: this is because the key figures are cumulative, and they will still get input from earlier periods, not only from the current period.
Any ideas how to filter this?

i am not sure if i get your question right.. but what i understood is if i m in period 003.2006 graph should only show values upto p3... one way you can restrict your query by using runtime variable
if you have posting period and year separate time chars, then take them in global filter and in Posting period say range 1 to current period always. so when you select current period as 003 it will give you value of 1,2,3 period for the year selected
