Is there anyway to create IDOC from text file and then upload the IDOC in SAP to create purchase order.
Is it possible?
Or what we can do to create the Purchase order from a text file. BAPI or BDC which will be best to use.

Have you tried to do it through LSMW?
Answer:
use idoc PORDCR
you can easily create a text-file containing the needed segments
(I use segments E1PORDCR E1BPEKKOC E1BPEKKOA E1BPEKPOC)
and issue an RFC-call (or use tran WE16) to load the PO.
