Hi,
I have to calculate the number of licenses \ ID's (named user) required for a client who will be implementing SAP. For this I have the Excel sheet where in they have given me the name, designation, Role & responsibilites of most of the user. I need to know how i can calculate the number of liceses required. As this will go for the estimation of Funds towards the Purchasing of SAP.
Please Help. Thanks in advance.

Answer:
rule is simple.
1 user = 1 licence
1000 users = 1000 licences
