Hello ppl,
We have a Business connector interface that our partners use to send and recieve data from our CRM system.
We keep getting the above mentioned error at times when the partners try to send / recieve data from our system. It is not very frequent that this error occurs. I am very new to Business connectors and have to solve this problem..
I dont know where the issue could be ! Any clues ?

The error you have is a very general one in Java. You need to find out in trace files where the error happens and search in SAP notes.
