Hi,
I’m currently working on data replication Mobile Sales application ->CRM -> R/3.
The issue is related to the Sales Order replication in CRM (or in Mobile Sales Application).
REPLICATION CRM -> R/3
When I create a Sales Order in CMR and try to upload it on R/3 system an error appears and it is not uploaded on R/3.
This is the error message that appears in the Sales Document after the saving:
"An error has occurred in the system CRM.. while copying the document
TRNSMISSION LOG
Unknown object type 'BUS2000115' (Notificatio E RL 303)"
REPLICATION R/3 -> CRM
Furthermore, when a sales document is created in R/3 it is downloaded from R/3 to CRM but an error message appears as well:
"Unknown object type 'BUS2032'"

The first place I would look is the existance of sales document types and item catagories on both systems
also keep in mind that in R/3 there can be a transalation of document type based on language ie, a OR orter type is really a TA, in CRM it should be TA

Hi,
thank you for your rely, I checked all transaction types in R/3 (copied from OS) and I created the transaction types in CRM copying from the TA one.
In the same way, I checked all item categories in R/3 (copied from TAN)and I created the item categories in CRM copying from the TAN one.
Do you heard something regarding the BOR object types generation?

never considered BOB objects in regard to middleware. I have worked with them in launching R/3 transactions from withing the IC in CRM but I cant imagine how they apply to this issue..
