My team is trying to replicate SAP R/3 pricing conditions to CRM 4.0 SR1.
Initial download of pricing customizing has been done. R/3 pricing conditions are displayed in CRM customizing well (pricing, rebates and free goods).
Though when I go in customizing (in CRM) to use these R/3 conditions in condition maintenance under "marketing planning and campaign management":
I can see my rebates conditions, the free goods conditions bu not the other conditions applying directly in the sales order.
I have checked the configuration for the conditions not shown: they are categorized in:
application = CRM
usage 'PR' for pricing,
source R/3
Any reason for this?
I will be very grateful for some inputs on the topic !

Conditions created in R/3 and replicated to CRM can only be maintained in R/3. If your middleware is set properly, any changes (VK11, VK12) will replicate to CRM.
Only conditions created in CRM are maintained in CRM (most likely documents that do not replicate back to R/3, if that scenario exist for you)

if you are trying to create condition records for a marketing campaign, you will need to do a couple of things
1. maintain the "condition maintenance group" to include the condition type and table for maintenace context CAMPAIGN
2. In R/3, designate that this condition type is maintened in CRM.

Could you tell me a bit more about the customizing for trade promotions, especially condition generation?
Under pricing condition type, I understand that depending on the combination spending type / spend category / Spend method / Discount method specified, the system determines which condition type to use for condition generation.
In condition tables: it is making the link with condition tables.
Do we need to enter also campaign determination tables in this list (CD type)?
What about campaign determination ? I have activated it in R/3 but I do not see how and when it is generated and used. I would really need some help on this functionnality.

With regards to the campaign determination, did you run the middleware object to bring your stuff over after you set it up in R/3 ? I think it is object. DNL_CUST_CAD
