Supposing you write in ABAP, CALLing GETDETAIL and such BAPIs in a client and then CALLing CREATEFROMDATA and such BAPIs with DESTINATION to another client...probably.

Which data you want to transfer?
How will sending be initiated?
Do you need response from receiving system that data is posted? (Not received, but made some action with data.)
Do sending system need some information from receiving system to continue with process or can continue with process immediately after sending? (asynchronous or synchronous data transfer)
Is it communication one or two directional?

One direct solution to copy data from a client to another client is Infoshuttle from GAMMA.
It uses BAPIs to extract and load but all that is deeply covered by a avery nice front-end inside SAP (in ABAP).
You need to tell which objects you want to move and to which client and it does it fast.
