Does anyone know if there is a list with all the Standard Letter? (Installement Plan Letter, end of installement plan, dunning,...)
Because I have to know if we'll have to create them...

Yes there are...go to transaction code: SMARTFORMS and search for ISu relevant forms. below is one from that list for installment plan. there are more you can probably use.
IS_U_CA_INSTPLAN_SF
But as per my experience so far, none of the companies use standard forms....they like to get them developed to meet their existing formats and norms.

That helps a lot. But as you said, there are a lot of Custom-Made Letter.. where the trigger is sometimes hard to setup...
