CIC0 Txn - Appl area or Naviagation area Tab can't be disply

Question: Hello

There is a problem in Txn CIC0 in our Production System . The Problem is:

1. When I exceute transaction CIC0, it displays Interaction Center WinClient.
2. Enter Data in Business Partner under Field Partner. Then Enter.
3. It Displays the data.
4. Then Choose Application Area or Navigation Area. Here, the page cannot be displayed in View (80% Overview Screen).

The Development and Quality system working fine. Can you please tell me wot could be problem.

First of all I advise you to check all transport requests (did you get returncode 0 ?)
Secondly I would double check you customizing settings specific related to navigation area (compare CRQ with your CRP system).

There is no problem in configuration in Development, Quality and Production because in one of the office Location , its working Fine. But in other office location , the page cannot be displayed in View (80% Overview Screen) from Tab in Application Area or Navigation Area.

without looking at the systems, it is impossible to give an answer like that.

I suggest that you have a look at OSS notes.
Furthermore, check all UserParameters, are they the same?

there exist specific user parameters for IC:
CRM_ICWC_SHORTCUTS
CRM_ICWC_STATIC
but I don't think they will matter in this case.

If you are using IC Webclient, also check your Java runtime environment , because this needs to be of a certain version.

Another thing you could check is Authorisations (do a trace via ST01 or su53).
