OK, I'm stumped. It's probably simple, but can someone tell me how to enter/attach a note to a macro in APO 4.1? The documentation (SAP Library) sure makes it sound simple enough, but I've right-clicked everything and everywhere I can think of in the Workbench and in the MacroBuilder! Thanks. Hi,
This is a small problem, only thign you have to do is change the mode of the planning book to change mode, Right Click on any value in the planning table and choose 'display notes' there you can see the notes or give your own notes. just try it.
Hope this works, If not please inform me, there are couple of methods to deal with this.

Note can be maintained by clicking Macro workbench -> Planning Book
When you click this, window is split in two and you get all macros available.
Here right click the macro, you will get the option to add note to macro
