Question:
I have two mfg plants(A,B) and a DC.(C) There are tansportation lanes between Mfg plants to this DC. I have a quota arrangement at DCas inbound to partner location as 5 and 5. I have demand at DC for 100. I ran Huristics.
It created three stock tranfers TWO at MFG plant A( for 42 each) and one (17) at MFG plants B.
As I understand it shoud create 50 and 50 at both mfg plants. I matianed Quota and there is no lots sizes at any locations. It is all Lot of r Lot.

Not having fair share rule C for SNP effects the Quota. I am not using Quota for out bound, I am using for inbound.

See if plants have different previous pending orders. The system will asign quantities such that the final quantity will be equal.
In your case are the total order quantities on both plants equal?
